Half way there!!

So I'm about half way there with my first week. Well there is good and bad news, good news is I have stuck to both exercise and no sugary drinks. The bad news is the lack of sugar is given me a BAD headache almost everyday.  I'm drinking a Diet Dr pepper to see if it helps (there is no sugar in diet Dr Pepper don't worry). I think the headaches are due to caffeine withdraws since I drank so much caffeine before (a minimum of 2 - 20 oz a day usually closer to 3 or 4) so there you go. I have exercised once and worked once and will exercise again today and maybe take the kiddos swimming (FUN!!!) I been debating on what my eating goal should be for next week I go between not eating any sugary foods ( which would be exceptionally difficult) or cutting out fast food. A pro for no sugar is that I eat a lot of it and getting rid of it would decrease my caloric intake a lot but on the other hand that's two really tough things in a row. The pros of getting rid of fast food is we are so financially strapped that we cant really afford it anyway so it adds extra incentive. On the other hand I could focus on adding something like a balanced breakfast of carbs and protein. HMMM decisions decisions. I do like the idea of taking away something one week and adding something the next. I let you know what I decide on Wednesday when I update my blog. Thanks for reading!!!
