Confessions
So I have a confession to make, last year I lost 45 lbs!!! But since I was still an emotional eater and didn't lose it the healthiest way I have gained 15 lbs back : ( So I need to make a plan to break this ugly cycle. I have read and read and read that you should start by making small changes so obviously that is my plan. I have a sweet friend at work that encourages me to run the stairs at the hospital we work at (BTW we work on the 4th floor so no small effort for this chubby chica!). So I was thinking that I would make one change to the way I eat and add a little exercise each week. So for this week I will give up all sugary drinks ( so the Dr Pepper I'm currently drinking is my last, I swear ) and I will walk on the treadmill for 3 miles on days I don't work. My reward for reaching my goal this week will be a book from half price (my FAVORITE store!!!) Ill let ya'll know next Wednesday how it went. Thanks for reading!!!
